The past 2 weeks have been like hell to us fighting the Cameroon Port Authorities to release our 2 Christmas containers that arrived Douala on Thanksgiving Day. We give God the glory that the 2^nd Christmas container was released today. We advise that your recipients wait until called by our employees in Douala before heading to our warehouse to pick up their Christmas packages. Today, we authorized our agent to hire an attorney to file a lawsuit against the authority that be in order to get answers as to why our 1^st Christmas container has not been released after all charges & fees have been fully paid. The torture this week has just been unbearable and I wonder how we can continue. We won't have any other information until Monday, so calling us won't help. We have been having some challenges with getting a container for our 1st Christmas shipment. It will now be loaded 2nd week of August. Consequently, our 2nd Christmas shipment will be postponed to 1st week of September. Please note that any packages arriving our warehouse after July 28th will be shipped in Sept.

  Packing your packages well is key to minimizing damage by those hunters at the port.

  1. Make a packing list for each package you are shipping
  2. Your packing should be done with newer things first and older items last. Products must have a minimum of 6 months of life. NO EXPIRED PRODUCTS
  3. Secure your suitcases or boxes with extra shrink rap. This makes access more difficult during custom inspection.
  4. Put a lock on all your suitcases/barrels , Oneway no longer provide locks for free.

  6. Make sure all fragile items are heavily bubble-wrapped and secured well in order to minimize damage.

1. late last year our barrels supplier notified us of a 57% price increase reason for which we couldn't supply barrels to customers who requested for them. We found a new supplier whose rate was better but they only provide us the 55 gallon barrels. We have just 15 of them at $60 each plus delivery fee.
2. Due to the increase in our cost of operations we decided to introduce a PROCESSING FEE per customer of $30 rather than increasing our prices.
